ERH 230: Artistic Responses to Social & Political Issues, Lt. Col. Hodde

Artifacts for the Audience

This course guide already provides you with the resources to find news articles, play reviews and scholarly articles.  Open these pages so you can search for reviews about your play.  There should be headlines, images and photographs that you can use in your newsletter.

To find additional "artifacts" about your play consider searching Playbill's web site:  https://www.playbill.com/

Also explore major newspapers such as The New York Times, which can be found on the Databases A to Z list.

As you research your play, find information about the theater where it was performed.  The Kennedy Center may be a good starting place.  The website is https://www.kennedy-center.org/

If you encounter difficulty in finding theater and production notes which would provide artifacts, please contact a librarian at referencedesk@vmi.edu , or using the "Meet with Us" button on the library's home page.
