February has been designated as “Black History Month” since 1976, by every American president, and each year, the president endorsed a specific theme. This year the theme is “Black Family: Representation, Identity and Diversity.” Take this opportunity to explore the African diaspora, and the spread of Black families across the United States.
A display of books about Black families is located in Preston Library’s lobby. The books displayed can be checked out!
